How you can help us give others hope

If you have three hours to spare in the morning or afternoon, you can volunteer.
Please call Dee at 951-677-6347


Make a food donation to the Community Food Pantry of Murrieta or organize a food drive.  Please see list below for items that we can always use.


Donate clothes, linens, housewares, books, tapes, shoes, toys or furniture in good condition.  Please call first to make sure we have room.

Items the food pantry can always use: PLEASE NO GLASS JARS


canned vegetables, canned soup, spaghetti sauce, pasta, helper meals, canned tuna or meat, mac & cheese, top ramen, canned fruit, beef stew, spaghetti-o's, cereal, bagged or boxed rice, beans, peanut butter, jelly or jam, and chili.

SUPPLIES : hair shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes, tooth paste, bars of soap, and baby food

We can also use your used paper or plastic bags

THE FOOD PANTRY OFFICE IS OPEN FOR REGISTRATIONS FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD ASSISTANCE ON WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 8:30 AM TO 10:00 AM.          
                                                                                
 CARE, HEAP, AND FOOD STAMP ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

We are in desperate need of a 14 to 20 foot refrigerated truck with low mileage.  Please call the thrift shop at 677-6347

Food Assistance Eligibility Requirements

1. You must be a resident of the City of Murrieta, Winchester or French Valley.

2. You must meet all income eligibility requirements

3. You must be able to document and accurately verify all information given on any of the required forms.

*PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WITH YOU*

1. Residency – Current utility bill (phone or gas), bank statement, rent receipt, current credit card statement.

If sharing a home, a rental agreement from primary home owner.

2. Identification for Adults – Drivers license with picture, picture I.D. from the department of motor vehicles.

3. Identification for Children – Birth certificate (match children with birth dates and ages provided by the families), social security cards, or immunization records or card. You must be able to prove the ages of your children. Children 18 and over must supply proof that they are enrolled in school full time

4. Income – Recent paystubs, recent bank statements for direct deposit, court documents showing alimony or child support, latest tax return, letter of benefits from disability or social security and recent tax form IRS1040
